COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D NQOD224ASB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Velmex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Velmex such as the MN100100E0121NF90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHM05 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SHS20C2SSCO220L by Manufacturer Thk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand MXP411G1M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Volkman such as VED20020CA3 equipment made by Volkman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Volkman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Volkman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV58HU41N4ZU made by Telemecanique as well as the popular X4C20200C original spares produced by Vacon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130H7U4500B by Toshiba and VED20020CA3 spares by Volkman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EQ74007C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
